The warmth of the sunny skies and the soft romantic whistle of the breeze joined forces along with the Guests and staff of Maya Breeze Inn to witness Sarah and Steve pledge their undying and unconditional love for each other under the palm arch on our beautiful sandy beach. It was indeed a breath taking momment when George sang for them and Pat keep taking photos.

We can’t believe it is December already! Here in Belize you forget it is snowing in the North when it is warm 85 degrees with blue skies. Water temp. is 82 degrees. One thing is for sure, when it is snowing our guests start calling to reserve a beach cabin or guestroom.
The Scarlet Macaws have done their migration to a nearby Mayan Village called Red Bank and we are starting to send birders to see them. Every year they migrate to this village for the special seeds in the trees. The hike up the hill to see them above the canopy is fantastic. You know it is a special sighting when you see these beautiful birds flying across the jungle.
The staff area looking forward to a great winter season!

Hello everyone!!
Our staff is working hard painting, varnishing, repairing everything at the Inn so your beach cabin or hotel room looks new, new!! The Maya Breeze team has a lot of pride in the property and enjoys sharing their hard work with our guests!
It looks like the Caribbean had it very easy this year with no damage to hurricanes. We are having the driest and warmest October we can remember.
Start booking early and lets hope the airlines cooperates so you can get a good deal on your flights to Belize. We are certainly ready to host you and the tour guides are ready with some new active adventures.
Please don’t hesitate to contact us for information or simply call us toll free from the U.S. or Canada directly to the Inn at 1-888-458-8581.
Our guests requested wireless internet last year, so we successfully added that service this month. The Inn is now a HOT SPOT!

This week seems to be for honeymooners! The Inn has had several honeymoon couples staying with us. One couple just received their PADI Dive certification today. Everyone is enjoying the quieter lower key atmosphere with fewer tourists, less crowded boats and tours. Some exciting times tubing down the river at Jaguar Preserve with the higher river and the swim behind the waterfall is marvelous.
August looks like a fairly busy month at the Inn considering it is our slower season. Come on down and enjoy the cooler weather, warm tropical water and fewer crowds. Daily average temperatures has been 88 F degrees. Much cooler even than Seattle!

Spring and summer is here and we are offering some fantastic deals! The details of each special are listed on our web site. If the specials do not quite fit what you are looking for or you have a family vacation coming up please contact us and Jessica, our front desk manager, will be happy to customize your memorable vacation.
Generally summer is our better months for boating. The seas are calm which makes for some of the best snorkeling and diving Belize has to offer. Also, kayaking from the Inn to False Caye is a lot of fun where you can snorkel on your own. While paddling back to the Inn you will see the Maya Mountains in the back drop of the beautiful Placencia peninsula.
Summer in Belize is cooler then most parts of the U.S.. Daytime temperatures are generally lower then 90 degrees F. The tropics get rain at night and quick 15-minute rainstorms during the day, which cools everything off and refreshes the air. We hope to see you this summer.

Come and relax on our white sandy beach and enjoy the best break Spring has ever offered!!

Super Unadvertised Sale to Belize:
Do you want to come to sunny Belize this winter or spring and take advantage of Maya Breeze Inn’s active adventure packages? Normally this destination is expensive but right now, you can fly on American from US Air hub cities for about half the normal fare thanks to a sudden, unadvertised fare war between American and USAir.
USAir (tel. 800/428-4322; www.usair.com) has reduced fares to Belize City (BZE). This is an unadvertised sale. Travel at the lowest fares is valid Monday-Thursday; from now through June 15. The extra icing on the cake? There’s no advance purchase! Fares are slightly higher weekends. The USAir fares are good, but the real deals are American’s (tel. 800/433-7300; www.aa.com) retaliatory fares from Charlotte, Phoenix, Philadelphia, and Pittsburgh. AA’s fares are 50-60% off normal levels, again with no advance purchase. Fares from Philadelphia, Charlotte, Phoenix, and Pittsburgh before taxes (which add about $60).Belize $292 (Northwest has an even better deal from Charlotte at $293 with travel through January 2, 2007)
So book your airfair and come to Maya Breeze Inn where our guests say ” it is never too early or late to arrive but always to early to leave!”
